 Chef Nakia, the heart and soul of Country Charm & City Lights , pours his passion into every dish. For him  cooking is more than a profession; it's a way to connect with people through the language of flavor.   As our Executive Chef, he is driven by a deep love for cooking and the pleasure of seeing others enjoy his food.   This page is your backstage pass to his kitchen, revealing the artistry and the unfolding story of how he crafts the menu for our future Country Charm & City Lights cafe, coffee and cocktail lounge, coming soon to SE San Antonio.

Apple Pie Biscuit

Experience the symphony of flavors and textures in our Apple Pie Biscuit . Watch as Chef Nakia simmers our signature apple pie filling to perfection, carefully assembles the biscuit, and then gives you  the final presentation, where he turns the plate to show off the complete dessert's deliciousness.
